So I came across a photo of this wacky necklace from Prada and was a bit stumped....do I like this or is it too weird for me? I think it would have been more affective and a tad less random if it was more of a neck cuff/collar. The ruffle look is pretty groovy and gets bonus points in my book for that aesthetic appeal....what do you guys think? Good? Bad? Otherwise?
